Great customer service. And the young lady at the pay window was awesome. Deserves a raise.

McDonald's is a fast-food restaurant that offers a convenient dining experience. Located near Wesley Long Hospital, this restaurant is easily accessible on foot. While it can be busy, the staff works hard to serve customers quickly, and service can be helpful and attentive. The menu includes popular items like 6-piece Chicken McNuggets and strawberry cream cheese pies. Customers have noted that the Egg McMuffin is very fresh and worth trying. The restaurant features a Playplace, making it kid-friendly, and the facility is overall clean. However, some customers have experienced issues with orders being incorrect or missing items, and the pickup area can feel a bit strange or uninviting. The dining area can sometimes be chaotic, with dirty tables and overflowing trash cans, but some staff members make efforts to maintain cleanliness. This location seems to stand out as a place where the food is often hot and fresh, and the staff is receptive to feedback. Overall, McDonald's remains a decent option for a quick meal, with the Playplace a nice feature for families.
