I don’t go often because I try to avoid fast food. However, sometimes I crave McDonalds because it’s…McDonalds!This location has the worst customer service I’ve experienced at a McDonalds, and the last couple of times I’ve braved it, my fries were terribly stale. I get told to wait at least several minutes even if I’m the only car in the drive through. They are likely doing me a favor because I’ll not be returning.

The remodel removed a cashier. At 10:30 weekdays McDonald's switches to Lunch. However thier kiosk does not. But the drive thur does lunch. If I was a delivery driver that gets lunch at 10:45 I can't use the drive-thru I'm stuck getting breakfast. Not like the casherless drive-thru.

Filled my drink up to the brim with ice and I got like three sips of sweet tea... No problem I just asked for a refill... But then I got hit with so much attitude even though I was extremely friendly. They tried to get me to pay for an entire new tea. I had to train them on how their own system works... There's literally guidelines on the cup that show you the exact amount of ice to put in the cup and when I showed them they acted like I was speaking an alien language... Well maybe I was because every single employee is a black woman. I don't have a problem with black women but can you try hiring employees that can read and write please?

It was a Sunday afternoon when we went to Friendly Shopping Center with the intention of going to Chucky Cheese, something that I do regularly as a mother with small children. It was too crowded to attempt to entertain a 3 - and 1 year old. Fair enough!! Then I figured they are still young, so Playland will be just fine. At the start, it seemed like we had hit the jackpot in the since of having the place to ourselves!!A few seconds later, a whole gang of families with kids came in....The issue is that the Playland is for 3 and under. These kids were likely 7 and up. Who in the world takes big ole kids like wild and crazy acting, trying to bully the little kids. Big boys at that!!! It was weird.McDonald's should stick to their rules. 3 and under for the best experience for the toddlers and parents.

I ordered DoorDash from this location. It’s only 0.3 miles away. All I ordered was chicken nuggets. Sweet Tea. I called and asked them to cook my nuggets fresh because I am ordering for my mother who is in the hospital. The ordered arrived and the nuggets look like they were cooked twice instead of that meaty Golden brown gold standard that I’m use to.I called the location to let them know what I just received, the manager wasn’t helpful at all. She told me that she personally cooked those nights herself.And I can tell you that they were burnt and hard. So disappointed in this location’s level of service.
