This has always been my favorite one. But the environment has changed. Today I received mediocre customer service. I had a flash back when we use to have the line pushing in drive thru and always made customer laugh and feel welcome. you guys need to work on your speed with drive thru. I wish Kim was working today.
This morning around 5am I used the app for my order, when I get to the location there was a few cars before me, waiting for someone to take the order in the drive thru... I guess no one was working because 10 min passed and still no one at the speaker. I had to cancel the order because another 5 more minutes passed and Ill.be late for work...this used to be a quick pick up , not a 15 min pick up for a cup of coffee. (I usually get my coffee at home but I didn't do grocery shopping)
