I went there to get a chocolate covered strawberry milkshake (because they are incredonly deliciou), but the machine was being cleaned. So I went home and came back 2 hours later. I got there, ordered, and then was instructed to wait for my drink. I sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes before they concluded they couldn't make it. I got a full refund, but my time was wasted :/

If I could give zero stars I would. I use to come here in my collage days (graduated highschool in 2013 so I'm not that old) service was never this terrible. My boyfriend and I pulled up to the stall and after deciding on what we wanted he pressed the order button. I have over 10 years food service and customer service experience under my belt if there is one thing I understand is that places get busy but there is a way to communicate that. Never coming back here. One of the worst Sonic locations I have been too. Water down soft drinks and beverages. First got a sweet tea, tasted like faucet water. Maybe even worse. Didn’t taste sweet. Then asked for a different drink. Even the Dr Pepper tasted water down. ??? fries were super oily. Been to other Sonic locations, I never been served such oily fries. The chicken strips tasted microwaved than cooked. Like… I didnt feel the crunchiness at all. Bathrooms are closed....read full review
