I'm not sure why this particular location's ice cream machine is always 'down.' I understand the machines probably have to be cleaned and serviced periodically, but it seems to be a constant occurrence lately. I have never had this issue when I go to the other Greensboro locations.
I waited at the drive through intercom for 5 minutes saying hello before I pulled up to the window. I purchased two drinks. I tasted the mango peach refresher and it taste like sour water. I ask can I exchange it or pay the difference Kiana and Nae the manager on duty said no I could buy another drink though because they made it just like it says. A waste of money.
We waited in the stall to order for 7 minutes, and then waited 10 minutes for 3 slushies and got nothing. My husband and I went around to order at the window and AGAIN, sat there with a long line behind us for another 5 minutes.
I'm not sure how they run their business, but to wait for 3 slushies, no response or help (yes we tried clicking the barhop button twice), and get nothing from the service is shameful 😐. We will try again in a couple of months.
