I pulled into one of the bays and ordered lunch for my kids. We ordered some Slushy's as well. They did inform me that the Slushy machine was still being put together for the day and it would take 15 minutes. We waited about 30 minutes and then walked inside to see what was going on. The slushy machine was still not going at this point. I asked about food and they said it's been ready but they rung me up through the drive thru and not a bay and thought I drove off. After explaining I had not and ordered from one of the bays they said they still had my food. They handed it over and it was cold from sitting for so long. I mentioned it was cold and was told it was my fault for not coming in sooner. I said, I was waiting because the slushy machine was not up yet and I understand sometimes things take a little longer but after 30 minutes I decided to come in. They lady said, do you want it or not. I said, I don't want cold food. With no further options offered from the crew we just left and hit McDonalds.

I went there to get a chocolate covered strawberry milkshake (because they are incredonly deliciou), but the machine was being cleaned. So I went home and came back 2 hours later. I got there, ordered, and then was instructed to wait for my drink. I sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes before they concluded they couldn't make it. I got a full refund, but my time was wasted :/

If I could give zero stars I would. I use to come here in my collage days (graduated highschool in 2013 so I'm not that old) service was never this terrible. My boyfriend and I pulled up to the stall and after deciding on what we wanted he pressed the order button. I have over 10 years food service and customer service experience under my belt if there is one thing I understand is that places get busy but there is a way to communicate that. For 15 minutes there was no response and one of the servers eventually came out to talk to the lady beside us. After being rude to her and telling her to take her order to the window she asked us if we had ordered yet to which we said no and with no response she walked off. About 10 more minutes later another server came out and asked us if we had ordered and again said nothing and she walked off. Shortly after we saw that we were no longer in the que to place an order. So after about 30 minutes of no service and no proper communication we left. Not sure if we'll be coming back to this location any time soon.

Never coming back here. One of the worst Sonic locations I have been too. Water down soft drinks and beverages. First got a sweet tea, tasted like faucet water. Maybe even worse. Didn’t taste sweet. Then asked for a different drink. Even the Dr Pepper tasted water down. ??? fries were super oily. Been to other Sonic locations, I never been served such oily fries. The chicken strips tasted microwaved than cooked. Like… I didnt feel the crunchiness at all. Bathrooms are closed. Dont ever come here. Staff were to absorbed in conversation. Looked like they didn’t even care to be there. Or who they were attending.

Service was okay but the issue was the food. 5 out of the 6 mozzarella sticks had no cheese. Which they initially forgot to give us. We ordered two drinks and only got one which we had to ask for. Might’ve been a rough night but wasn’t expecting this.

Sat in the drive thru for about 20 minutes. No one ever took my order. There was 2 other cars before me who drove off for the same reason.

The young lady that was running dining room was very nice. Came out to the dining room and checked on us. Impressed. The burgers were ok...seemed to lack something. Not bad just bland. Not sure why.

Absolutely horrible service. We ordered online and pulled into the stall to get our order. We waited 25 minutes and nothing. We pulled into the drive thru, they hadn’t even started our order because they were “out of ice cream” but didn’t come tell us. This has happened 3 different times. Don’t waste your time.

If I could give zero stars, I certainly would. I placed a mobile order on January 3rd at this location. I arrived and pulled into the stall, selected that I was there and waited patiently on my food. After waiting 25 minutes in the stall and watching the female employee joke and play out of the drive thru window with a car of who I’m assuming were her friends, I decided to get into the drive thru line. My thought at this point was to give the benefit of the doubt - possibly she was working alone and couldn’t leave the inside to deliver my food to the stall. After waiting at the speaker of the drive thru for another 7 minutes with no answer, I drove up to the window. I sat at the window for 15 minutes waiting to speak to someone. The young female was in the back at this point, still joking and laughing while making eye contact with me. Although I waved and smiled trying desperately to get her to come answer, she would not come to the window. Because I had already paid for the food on the app, I called the store (store #3666) multiple times and the phone was picked up and immediately hung up.I called customer service where they agreed to process my refund. Customer service did not address the situation or apologize for the situation/inconvenience.I am a sonic regular as I travel often for work. I will not be attending this sonic location ever again. The service provided, or better yet - lack there of - is absolutely ridiculous.
