I visited McDonald's during a busy time and had to wait much longer than expected in the drive-thru line. Not because the line was long. But don't know why. They could definitely benefit from a faster and more efficient crew during peak hours to help keep things moving and improve the customer experience.
McDonald’s stores are not what they used to be but that’s a knock on corporate. I’ve had some bad experiences at this location but whoever is running the Tuesday night dinner shift deserves some credit. Food was on point, hot and accurate. Ya’ll need to change that lady at the drive thru window whenever i go to get my food she’s always mad she looks like she don’t wanna be there just let here do some dishes or something

The restaurant itself is old and in need of maintenance, with a dated atmosphere that has remained unchanged despite management efforts. Customers are advised to always get their receipt and check their bag completely, as items can sometimes be missed. Occasionally, the food may arrive messy or not well made. Despite these issues, the restaurant has been recently renovated. Getting in and out during rush hours can be difficult due to its location, causing traffic and congestion. The breakfast burritos sometimes stick to the rapper because of a coating issue, making it hard to peel off without ripping the burrito. Overall, the experience can vary, but friendly service and occasional nice gestures help improve the visit.
