The drive through is fast but if you go inside they ignore customers. I'm inside right now and they're taking drive through orders and fulfilling them while the inside line is out the door with people walking out from waiting over 15 minutes to place an order.

This is by far the most unprofessional, Ill mannered, establishment ever. I ordered through door dash and didn’t even receive half of my order so I go and show my receipt and they laugh (mind you 2 managers are on staff) they all begin speaking in Spanish and laughing more and treat me as if I’m inconveniencing them. When truly if the order was right I wouldn’t be back here. It’s evident no one in there cares about their jobs. Although it was tough to keep my composure, I did. But please do not go to this restaurant. It’s not worth the experience or food. Smh.

This location has the worst customer service.I place my order, drive to the first window. No one is there so I proceed to the second window. The Hispanic lady at the window snatches my money ($10) and $15 gift card out of my hand and says “Why didn’t you pay back there” and walks off.She comes comes back with a receipt and my gift card. The total was $19.47. I asked for my change which would’ve been $5.53.I said I gave you a $15 gift card and the difference should have been taken out of the $10 bill I gave you. She says well you didn’t tell me. Ma’am You snatched my money so fast and walked off before I could say anything to you. She then proceeded to say well I can’t fix it. You can’t get your money back. Furthermore my order was wrong I asked for no egg and I had egg on everything. I also did not receive my orange juice that came with the meal. I did not go back and make a big deal out of this at the store because I don’t like to make decisions fueled off of anger. However I am upset with how this whole visit went. $20 is a lot of money to waste on food that is prepared incorrectly.

I came in to one person in line and after their order was taken they moved to help drive thru we waited 9 minutes before they came to take our order and that was because another customer asked if they was coming to front. I don't recommend this place to NOBODY

genuinely the worst experience i’ve ever had. we waited 45 TO ORDER FOOD. while all of the employees were walking around, ignoring us. extremely unprofessional, i hope you guys have a TERRIBLE

The food is what you normally expect from a McDonald's. The service was ok. Not exceptionally fast but ok considering. The building, although not that old in and out has excessive wear and show the cheap materials that were used to build it.

Drivethru placed my order and paid. Pull up window to pick up. Get my items but an additional drink. I say, I'm owed another Sprite. The detached young women, then looks at me awkwardand asked for my receipt, like I'm trying to steal a sprite. Alot of time passed by looking for my receipt cause I folded and tucked it, it's been a very long time since I had to pull my receipt back out at a fast food spot. Then the manager comes, and I find it. I just do not understand how she or the manager wasn't on that side to see my order. What were they doing? Finally get my sprite and pull off looking at the manager looking at me like I stole something. Just weird and absolutely sick. The operations of this McDonald's is absolutely horrendous.

If you are going to interact with customers, have some level of give a $hitness.The person taking the money could care less and it shows.Extremely old McDonald's and needsa complete makeover. Literally from the 70s or 80s. Clearly owner doesn't care. Dirty, old, in need of maintenance.
