3.2 is not accurate. I usually don’t review fast food places, chains, or franchises because they should be consistent and I don’t go to ones that aren’t. This McDonald’s location is on point. I was the start of a BLITZ, and the staff crushed. Dinner service on 1/17/2024 staff should be held in high regard. Substandard service here. I came here and ordered a big breakfast. Usually this comes with pancakes - they actually gave me 2 containers of hot syrup. However there were no pancakes with my meal. I went up to the counter and notified the staff, but they said I should have requested "Hotcakes" Big Breakfast, not a ordinary Big Breakfast. Some crazy chick cut in line at the drive thru, nearly smashed my car, and ran off with my food but the staff was super nice and remade my order. The fries were the best tasting I've ever had from any fast food place. It was heavenly. I almost got back in the drive thru to get more they were so good. Thank you so much to the night staff, y'all are doing a great job ?
