The staff consisted primarily of Spanish-speaking Mexican workers, and it took considerable effort to communicate my needs effectively. It is therefore not surprising that many customers have expressed dissatisfaction. That said, the store itself was clean and appeared to have been recently renovated.

Just left there order 2 ice creams for myself and my toddler the cashier offered a spoon I know she didn't have to but she was very sweet. I really appreciate that. Thank you for a great experience.
Lowkey a good restaurant, but some selfcheck machines don't print receipt which is hard to know what's your order number. All the other things are okay and really nice Mc crispy's.😋

The dinner service is also exceptional, with staff handling even the busiest times with ease and efficiency.
The manager is often praised for their excellent service, though some customers have reported unprofessional and rude behavior from other managers. The drive-thru is usually busy, but going inside and using the kiosks can be a good option. One employee, Karena, was recognized for her exceptional customer service, helping a customer save money and quickly replacing an order.
However, some customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the pricing, finding items like large fries to be quite expensive.
