About McDonald's

McDonald's is a welcoming restaurant with a spotless interior. The staff is friendly, efficient, and accurate in preparing orders. The food is prepared to taste great, and the presentation is impressive, almost like in commercials. The breakfast service is particularly notable, with staff always greeting customers warmly and preparing meals to perfection. The dinner service is also exceptional, with staff handling even the busiest times with ease and efficiency.

The manager is often praised for their excellent service, though some customers have reported unprofessional and rude behavior from other managers. The drive-thru is usually busy, but going inside and using the kiosks can be a good option. One employee, Karena, was recognized for her exceptional customer service, helping a customer save money and quickly replacing an order.

However, some customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the pricing, finding items like large fries to be quite expensive.
