I love this location. I’ve had 1 issue and it wasn’t their fault it was really mine because I didn’t read the menu correctly. I called the store and explained the issue and the Assistant manager was a huge help. She insisted on fixing it even though it was my fault, this says a lot! Best place on earth. I’m a NYC girl and I was out of my skin when they decided to build this Popeyes here. My favorite food so it can never get a bad review from me.
Everything was excellent except they served some food put on the counter and when they realized they had either served that person or it was to go, instead of throwing the food away they put it back in the bin to feed someone else which is a health violation. In addition I checked our order before we left it was wrong and the manager got very nasty with me.
