I am VERY disappointed with the service & consistency of this location ! On two occasions I ordered the steak , egg , & cheese bagel WITH THE FRESH ROUND EGG because of allergies to the square egg ... each time I was given the square egg . I called the restaurant 6 times no answer , why no one answers the phone during business hours ?!?! ! How difficult is it to complete my order the way I ordered it ?! #ANGRYCUSTOMER
THESE ARE THE NICEST PEOPLE! I only do McDonald’s for certain promotional items. This location hasn’t disappointed me yet. They always have the promotional packaging and the employees have helped me to find the exact toys or other promo items I’m looking for. Even though it takes a little extra time, they still do it and are pretty nice about it considering they DON’T get paid enough to do this job.
