I don’t understand how at 6:25 in the morning with no people in line nobody can answer the speaker. And if you’re busy at least come onto the speaker and state I will be right with you don’t leave a customer sitting there wondering what the heck‘s going on it’s just so crazy out no one has the common sense to do that nor managers don’t implement it
Coffee was delicious and well worth the rewards points spent. On top of that the young man, mari, was incredibly courteous and respectful. During his break he looked out for us as if we were family.
