Only person inside, ordered at kiosk. No one acknowledged my presence, even though they kept looking at me. Took 20 minutes to get my meals.
I only come here in the morning so I can’t speak about the night manager however the morning general manager I did not get his name is absolutely amazing he’s apologetic if he makes you wait he’s very friendly And personable. He deserves a raise McDonald’s I really think he’s holding the morning shift together and doing a great job at it
Slow and unfriendly service

McDonald's locations can vary widely in quality and service. Some are clean, professional, and offer fresh food, beverages, and dessert treats, while others may be sloppy, slow, and have mistakes. Recent reviews highlight that some staff members are polite and attentive, but at times, employees can be rude, unhelpful, or busy arguing among themselves. The atmosphere can be affected by employee behavior, leading to unpleasant dining experiences. One location was praised for being quick, clean, and offering fresh food, with a significant difference compared to another nearby location where the service was slow, and the wait time exceeded 35 minutes. Food temperature and quality also vary; some customers received warm food, while others found hashbrowns cold and lacked salt. There have been issues with order accuracy, such as missing items or incorrect food, like a hamburger covered in ketchup that was not easy to eat. Despite these problems, there are exceptions, such as the evening manager who went above and beyond to ensure orders were fulfilled quickly. Overall, McDonald's can be a reliable option, but customers should be prepared for differences in quality and service depending on the location.
