I had an unpleasant experience with a manager named Sharron at this McDonald's. I understand that fast food environments can be stressful & that nobody is perfect, but there is still an expectation of professionalism & respect toward both employees and customers.

They always either messing up your order or food is over cooked please check your food before driving off.
Slow sat in drive thru long time then waited long time after placing order to get food.

McDonald's on Grove St in Fayetteville may have some issues with forgetting items in orders and freshness of food. The parking lot can be limited and there are often homeless individuals asking for money. However, the employees, such as Greyson and Gradson, are praised for their exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to help customers. Some workers may appear unhappy. Despite these challenges, the restaurant continues to serve customers.
