I purchased 3 cheeseburgers in the drive-thru, and only 2 of them had a burger. There was no way to reach them on the number that was listed on the receipt. I recommend you check your food thoroughly before you leave!

Always forget items in orders. Have to go back multiple times. GROVE St Fayetteville Mcds is swarming with homeless people who will come up to your window begging every single time. Food isn't always fresh and hott. Workers seem miserable always.Parking: Not much parking.

Waited for 20 minutes to get my basic order. I finally went inside with a squad of other unhappy customers. Once inside the employees ignored us. They finally gave in when a man started yelling his order. Their solution was to just start giving out random food to everyone. Avoid this location at all cost.

I'm going to start off by saying this was the worst experience I ever had for me being a manager at McDonald's just not this one I've never been treated so poorly and never will ever treat my customers and the manner I was treated in today my order was completely wrong Brad was hard food was cold and then they then gave me attitude when it was time for them to replace that I came back with the food and receipt and the manager was still nasty now if you have a minute just run your store they need to be safe Certified Management to know that you can get people sick and cross contaminate food by the temperature I'm so dissatisfied and still didn't get my order right I would advise no one to go to that store because you can walk away with a sickness that you can't be or die from foodborne illness is very bad

I understand it was dinner rush but what a disappointment this experience was. Ordered on the screen and they still messed up the order gave us a bag of food not on the tray, dirty trays stacked next to the door, floor and tables covered in filth, no ketchup had to Wait several minutes to get it at the front counter after being told to hold on. The bathroom looks like a war zone. No wonder I barely go to McDonald's anymore. Hope the franchise owner realizes that their business is going downhill.Kid-friendliness: High chair for kids
