Its fast food. Fries are cold before you leave the parking.lot.
First of all I couldn't understand a the lady was saying when I was ordering via the drive-thru it sounded like she was speaking another language. Respectfully I simply could not understand anything she said. Secondly, yes I was there late at night. However, I should not have been sitting there for 20 minutes just waiting on a 20 piece and fries & ZERO apology for the wait afterwards!

McDonald's is a reliable spot for good food and service. Meals are consistently fresh and hot, with reasonable prices. Staff are generally great, and the restaurant's overall quality varies depending on the location. Customers often find the service to be excellent, with helpful staff and a manager who keeps the team going. Many appreciate the convenience of the location, especially when they are tired of cooking due to injuries or busy schedules. However, some locations may require customers to wait longer than expected for simple orders, and occasionally, orders like large fries can be over-salted, so it’s good to check your food before leaving. During certain times, limited menu options such as McDouble or chicken nuggets are available.
