Izzy, the new store manager, was accommodating, understanding, welcoming, and enthusiastic - including recommending top tier customizations - to our order. She not only was warm hearted to me but also her staff. Easily the most gracious coffee shop, nevertheless Starbucks, I’ve been to.“

“My oldest turned 13 today and she wanted Starbucks before school. So we woke up 30 mins early to make the trip on her special day. Get to Starbucks and ordered for me and my 2 daughters and at the window to pay I noticed I forgot my wallet at the house. The girl at the window with no hesitation said don’t worry about it and gave us are order for free. An act of kindness that made my daughter’s birthday morning that more special. I wish I would have got the girls name but just know how grateful I am that you did that.“

“Ordered and paid for an iced Americano and an unsweetened iced tea. A few minutes later I was told the iced tea had already been thrown out and was offered a soft drink. (Why would I want a soft drink if both the drinks I ordered have zero sugar in them?) I told the employee no and to just make me another iced Americano. Instead of preparing another shot of espresso, the barista decided to split the one shot she already prepared into two drinks, handing me two watered downed Americanos. 🤦🏼‍♀️ She didn't think i noticed. I won't be back.“

And if you get pulled into parking they bring your stuff quickly other McDonald’s in Sumter including HWY 15 will have you sitting in a parking spot for 10 min and forget all about you“

“I’ve been visiting this location throughout the summer taking the grandchildren to play for lunch. The store is consistently clean, food is always hot / fresh, and the staff are always on point. Management is fully engaged with the Team and the overall environment is welcoming.“
