“This starbucks has become a cornerstone of my mornings each day. Every time I have gone the drinks are perfect, the service fast, and the food delightful. Dory makes my day every time she is in. Always greeting me with a great smile and a wonderful coffee time and time again. 10/10 level of service at this location!!!“

“I know that the employees are busy during this time but some employees are extremely short mess up the drink orders and then toss it into your window which is unacceptable and I have had several drinks spilled on me because they were in a rush or were not paying attention“

(Why would I want a soft drink if both the drinks I ordered have zero sugar in them?) I told the employee no and to just make me another iced Americano. Instead of preparing another shot of espresso, the barista decided to split the one shot she already prepared into two drinks, handing me two watered downed Americanos. 🤦🏼‍♀️ She didn't think i noticed. I won't be back.“

“Love this mcdonald’s location. the other one on 441 is so bad. the staff here on broad street are generally very friendly, not just because they have to but because they choose to. they are very friendly and are willing to help out whenever. From the moment i walk in to the moment i walk out I always get greeted. very very very amazing mcdonald’s staff. keep it up“
