“I liked everything about my experience except one thing. In the mornings there is one staff member who is very polite and kind, but she is a little loud. It wouldn’t be a problem if it was at lunch time or evenings. However, when it’s 5,6,7, 8am the loudness & loud greetings can be overstimulating and way too much, too early. Please communicate this to the staff member. Volume control is and reading the room can be very beneficial. No harm meant by this review. Just trying to help the overall experience.🙏🏾“

“I know that the employees are busy during this time but some employees are extremely short mess up the drink orders and then toss it into your window which is unacceptable and I have had several drinks spilled on me because they were in a rush or were not paying attention“

“Ordered and paid for an iced Americano and an unsweetened iced tea. A few minutes later I was told the iced tea had already been thrown out and was offered a soft drink. (Why would I want a soft drink if both the drinks I ordered have zero sugar in them?) I told the employee no and to just make me another iced Americano. Instead of preparing another shot of espresso, the barista decided to split the one shot she already prepared into two drinks, handing me two watered downed Americanos. 🤦🏼‍♀️ She didn't think i noticed. I won't be back.“

“I’ve been visiting this location throughout the summer taking the grandchildren to play for lunch. The store is consistently clean, food is always hot / fresh, and the staff are always on point. Management is fully engaged with the Team and the overall environment is welcoming.“

And if you get pulled into parking they bring your stuff quickly other McDonald’s in Sumter including HWY 15 will have you sitting in a parking spot for 10 min and forget all about you“
