The customer service was excellent, I gave it 4 star because I felt like the ice coffee could have been better but overall I will be back. ALSO, may I add that if you are not happy with your coffee they will make you another one to your liking ✨.“

“I had hip surgery and had to travel home I knew that Starbucks had great bathrooms. My husband stopped the employee saw us get out of the car held the door. On top of that they help my family to lock the bathroom for my husband to assist me. They didn’t have to accommodate us like they did and it meant the world to us. “This review is strictly for one of the employees. She’s a black woman between 5’0-5’5 with locs. She usually works the drive thru at the first window where the order is confirmed/paid for. She’s always so nice and pleasant every time I visit. I’ve been to several different McDonald’s and the employees are usually just there for a paycheck, not to give good customer service. I wish I knew the young lady’s name and I hope she gets the recognition and pay raise that she deserves! Thank you again, love!

“Went to cracker barrel to eat with the fam but was rudely told to wait 25mins…. Turned into an hour quickly so we went to McDonald’s across the street and was greeting perfectly and was brought out fresh food in a timely manner. Thanks to McDonald’s we did not starve. This is the only restaurant on this street worth even stopping at trust.“

“I was in my way to church and stopped at Wendy’s. I was impressed on how clean the lobby and behind the counter was. A lady was mopping, what appears to look like a water link or something. She and other workers greeted me when I approach the counter. When I got my food it was fresh and hot. Thanks for having great customer services and keep up the good work.“
