“What a great group of young people working in this store! They were sooo friendly and welcoming. They were out of the syrup for the drink I ordered but did a great job making my second choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stop at this location and will stop again the next time we are in town.“

The customer service was excellent, I gave it 4 star because I felt like the ice coffee could have been better but overall I will be back. “This review is strictly for one of the employees. She’s a black woman between 5’0-5’5 with locs. She usually works the drive thru at the first window where the order is confirmed/paid for. She’s always so nice and pleasant every time I visit. I’ve been to several different McDonald’s and the employees are usually just there for a paycheck, not to give good customer service. I wish I knew the young lady’s name and I hope she gets the recognition and pay raise that she deserves! Thank you again, love!

“I had hip surgery and had to travel home I knew that Starbucks had great bathrooms. My husband stopped the employee saw us get out of the car held the door. On top of that they help my family to lock the bathroom for my husband to assist me. They didn’t have to accommodate us like they did and it meant the world to us. Thank you soooooo much to the team“

“We took 2 large tour group buses full of middle schoolers and chaperones to this McDonald’s yesterday on our way back to NC and this restaurant handled the sudden influx of teens brilliantly! The service was fast - the kitchen kept cranking out orders and fed the hungry bunch in record time. All the staff was working with a great positive attitude! Also, the restaurant was super clean! I complimented and thanked the MOD for a great visit to McDonald’s and told her that she had a great crew working for her. If McD’s is on your mind and you are passing through or life in Orangeburg, SC, this is a home-run franchise.“

“I was in my way to church and stopped at Wendy’s. I was impressed on how clean the lobby and behind the counter was. A lady was mopping, what appears to look like a water link or something. She and other workers greeted me when I approach the counter. When I got my food it was fresh and hot. Thanks for having great customer services and keep up the good work.“
