“Just wanted to take the time to write a review about this place. It was my first time at this McDonald’s and my first time ordering a new seasonal coffee. At first it didn’t taste right so I went in to kindly ask for a refund instead of a remake.
The manager was so very kind to give me a full refund along with her remaking the coffee for me. She went way above and beyond to care for her customer. It’s rare to see such great service like this at a McDonald’s. You have no idea how much I appreciate all of the workers and manager here to treat me with such kindness and give me such a wonderful experience.

“McDonald's there at Cross roads Mall is very convenient to travelers going down i77in Statesville North Carolina,I love there biscuits they do good fresh biscuits and you can expect a lot of local senior citizens in there to meet to having a gay ole time in the morning hours“
“This is by far the best run establishment i have seen in the fast food industry. The folks that work here are respectful and I have seen the same people working for the last 2 years so they are doing something right. I have no less than 5 other McDonalds that are closer but I drive to this one every single time. Give the management credit where its due, they got it goin on.“
