“Whoever was working the drive thru tonight January 6th and almost closing is an angel! I am currently pregnant and we went to two other McDonald’s and I’ve been craving sweet and sour sauce for my nuggets and fries and she was so sweet and was able to give me more than enough sauce! She made my night and I wish I would’ve gotten her name but she is an angel! Thank you so much!!!“

“I ordered on the mobile app in the parking space during a rush hour. They finished their rush and got me my food within 3 minutes. Completely fresh fries, gave me a couple extra sauce packets, and were super sweet to me after a hard day. Thank you ❤️“

“I just wanted to brag about a young man here at this location on 3423 Wrightsboro Road. I came in, ordered my food at the kiosk, and sat down. Normally they bring the food and just bring a cup. When the young man came to the table, he asked me what drink I would like and proceeded to get it for me. He then bring me napkins and ketchup without even being asked. I know it doesn't seem like a lot, but it is refreshing to see such manners, professionalism, and service! What a bright future I believe he will have. I only wish I had caught the young man's name. If you worked the front counter on Monday, 24 Febtuary 2025, Whoever you are, great job! Thank you!“

“6 dollar meal was only offered if you used the app. However I had just bought one 6$ meal was told I had to get back in line when I asked for the other meal, once I got back in line it wasn't 6 dollar meal unless you ordered it on the app. Huh?? Not happy at all. Had purchased the 6 dollar meals (2) at McDonald's on Wrightsboro Rd at the drive thru, no app needed.“

“I'm just going to say this much--I've ordered breakfast sandwiches from Columbia Rd location and this location that have the REAL egg in it. Columbia Road always seems to overcook the egg to the point of the yolk being dry and nasty and I usually throw it out without making a big deal to the restaurant (I know... I should speak up or bring it back, but I'm usually too tired and busy to do that.) But... The sandwich that this location presented to my husband and myself this morning was a very pleasant surprise, because my real egg was cooked to PERFECTION. I don't mind driving a little further from home to get a perfect sandwich on a lazy Sunday when I don't feel like cooking. Thanks guys!“

“Shout out praises for the staff working this Sunday afternoon. My family was traveling, with young children, thru town and had to stop to use restroom. We accidently got locked out of our car. The staff was so helpful & hospitable. Everything we had was locked in car so they helped us to find a locksmith, called & kept us comfortable while waiting. The resturant was clean & I am sure the food is good, but having a staff willing to help out 2 women & 2 kids without hesitation is tops in my opinion. Especially in the times we live in So praises to them. May each of them be blessed how they blessed us. May your business stay at top and your future customers appreciate what you all do for them. “Calling my fellow truckers there's 24h parking in the lot next door I ordered a dubble 1/4 with steak seasoning dang things were the size of my face, spicy chicken deluxe just like gramps would make it no portion control and fresh as hell, then last but not least big Mac and o my god it was a big mess that topped ma's sloppy Joe's yall got to give this place a try if you're going by“

“Tristan was an absolute delight. The young people here appear to actually care and do their best. However, the food is almost always wrong, and they asked me to wait outside for my replacement for because I had my service dog 🐕‍🦺 with me, in a clearly labeled vest. Burritos were overcooked? Like how? It's a microwave setting. McCafe machine broken, offered a shake to replace my specialty coffee-- not an equivalent swap. Also I had to come back for forgotten items, and was not offered so much as an apology--and they got the order wrong the second time too. Didn't even take the time to ring it in correctly, and made incorrectly from what was rung in. I'll be going to Davis Rd from now on
Update: moved from 2 to 4 Stars, I got up the courage to return the wrong burger, the evening manager was much more understanding and a much better experience. Thanks friend!“
