“Whoever was working the drive thru tonight January 6th and almost closing is an angel! I am currently pregnant and we went to two other McDonald’s and I’ve been craving sweet and sour sauce for my nuggets and fries and she was so sweet and was able to give me more than enough sauce! She made my night and I wish I would’ve gotten her name but she is an angel! Thank you so much!!!“

“I just wanted to brag about a young man here at this location on 3423 Wrightsboro Road. I came in, ordered my food at the kiosk, and sat down. Normally they bring the food and just bring a cup. When the young man came to the table, he asked me what drink I would like and proceeded to get it for me. He then bring me napkins and ketchup without even being asked. I know it doesn't seem like a lot, but it is refreshing to see such manners, professionalism, and service! What a bright future I believe he will have. I only wish I had caught the young man's name. If you worked the front counter on Monday, 24 Febtuary 2025, Whoever you are, great job! Thank you!“

“I ordered on the mobile app in the parking space during a rush hour. They finished their rush and got me my food within 3 minutes. Completely fresh fries, gave me a couple extra sauce packets, and were super sweet to me after a hard day. Thank you ❤️“

“This McDonald’s which is surrounded by multiple hospitals and health care businesses can get very very very busy! And in spite of all that the extremely busy staff keeps it all together. I love this McDonald’s. I live close by and I’ve always been treated with awesome customer service no matter how busy it may be.
These one star reviews are laughable. If the drive thru line is wrapped around the bldg out to Walton Way, guess what? You’re going to be waiting awhile! If you want to add to your mobile order once you get there, guess what? You’re going to have to wait!
I gave up the drive thru here years ago. I order from the app in the parking then go in and get it. The staff always greets me. My order is always right. The food is always at correct temperature and my wait is usually right in line with how busy it is. Thanks all y’all!“

“Fries were the best we've had in a long time - hot, crispy, and the right amount of salt. Service was good, too. Employees at both windows were polite and read back the order before handing out the food to us. We are very glad we stopped by - thank y'all!“

“This place LOUD! Uncomfortably loud when it's busy. Noise doesn't usually bother me but for some reason this trip here was extra loud. Couldn't have a conversation with people at my table.
Other then the noise. Waiter was awesome. Food came out quick and hot and good.“

“Shout out praises for the staff working this Sunday afternoon. My family was traveling, with young children, thru town and had to stop to use restroom. We accidently got locked out of our car. The staff was so helpful & hospitable. Everything we had was locked in car so they helped us to find a locksmith, called & kept us comfortable while waiting. The resturant was clean & I am sure the food is good, but having a staff willing to help out 2 women & 2 kids without hesitation is tops in my opinion. Especially in the times we live in So praises to them. May each of them be blessed how they blessed us. May your business stay at top and your future customers appreciate what you all do for them. “I have to tell you, I had to triple check to see what restaurant I was in while dining in with you guys. The employee was very thoughtful an ls attentive to everyone in the lobby and those dining in along with taking care of the customers waiting outside. Very communicative and demonstrating beyond excellent service. I don’t want to say that this is abnormal for McDonalds but if this is the direction you guy are going, this store is an exceptional model to reflect your other stores after!! Great job!!“

“Generous giving 4*s. The food was descent the last 2 orders I’ve had Mcdelivery from the app. This time no sauces. 20 NUGGETS ORDERED AND NONE!? I even added extras from the condiment section on the menu. When the kids ask for McDonald’s I have to really think about it.“
