I’ll order through the mobile app when I picked up my order I was shorted one order of six piece nuggets that I paid for the food that was given to me was all cold and the customer service at the first window with the guy that took my order was awesome and the second window was very unwelcoming I was very disappointed in the service I received as a member
On 2/14/24 went through drive thru at 10:50 and was told to wait in a space because my order was being made because lunch had just started. I got home...10 nuggets...not even crunchy...soggy! Medium fries all limpy and cold. No milk shakes available last 3 visits...really??? I will not return ever again. This is the Mike Padgett Hwy location in Augusta, GA. I see the reviews. Don't you care about the customer service anymore????
