McDonald's in Lexington

“We went through the drive through at around 9:30. We know what to expect typically late night McDonald's but this place and these people were great! Our French fries were so hot they burned your finger tips grabbing them but they were so good we couldn't stop eating them till they were gone. Then I had the quarter pounder and it was done perfectly, the meat was tender and juicy not dried out and chewy from sitting there in the drawer. Honestly one of the best I've had. It's a shame we are just driving through“

“I ordered a good bit of food on the app and received my order quickly. All of the items were in two bags (one for fries and the other with all the sandwiches) and nothing was missing as has been my experience at other locations with a fraction of items. The fries were very hot and the majority of my sandwiches had modifications which were all correct.“

“I just want to say Thank You McDonald's for always getting my order right, I come im everyday and I order a ice caramel coffee, but I always ordered my iced caramel coffee with a lot of extra shots of caramel, and they've always gotten it right, some places other McDonald's I go to does not get it right, so I really just want to say a big thank you, to the McDonald's on Southlake Drive, y'all are the best y'all give excellent experiences to your customers, thank you so very much.“

“I would give 6 stars if I could. I'm so use to mediocre food and service at almost every other location that, days later, I'm still in awe about my visit here. I came towards the tail end of breakfast after pulling an all nighter. I was hungry, tired couldn't remember if breakfast started at 10:30 or 11. I ended up asking the girl at the first window and she answered gently with a smile. Then at the next window my food was ready, it was given to me with an even bigger smile. I stopped in a parking space to take a bite of my food but I'm still not sure why, maybe because it was super fresh, but I took one bite and had to finish the whole meal, in that moment it tasted like the best thing I ever had. I got a Steak egg and cheese bagel with a hash brown and a drink. Maybe the exhaustion skewed my taste buds but the smiles and kind voices were definitely real.“

“Walked in on a Saturday night for a quick bite and was promptly greeted. Usually we use the kiosk but we used the old fashioned counter. Titus and Jennifer were very courteous and professional. Service was quick and food was hot! Great experience!“

I wished I would’ve got her name, but the lady at the window deserves a raise, hands-down the best one I have ever dealt with.
