I don't know if they were short-staffed or what was going on but it took forever in the morning to get a coffee. And when asked for salt and pepper it took 15 minutes. The tables needing wiping. The lady at the register just sat there took orders and did not reach for salt pepper cream or anything else. The people who work there would not make eye contact and just walked right by everyone. They had a line three or four deep just waiting on stuff that they forgot to give them.
Unfortunately this place is extremely slow. The staff is just generic at best. Not motivated but the food eventually comes out. My suggestion is use your mobile app about 15 minutes away, then it might be ready in an acceptable time frame
