McDonald's in Columbia

“Its just McDonald's nothing special happened on THIS VISIT Thank Goodness!!! The best way to have a good visit at ANY McDonald's is to just Go in there and keep your head down. Dont do ANYTHING CRAZY like ASK for any service that may be confused as EXTRA by an employee. IF YOU DIDNT GET NAPKINS THEN ITS JUST A HAND TO MOUTH DAY FOR YOU THATS ALL!!! DINT YOU DARE TRY AND GO BACK TO MAKE A REQUEST FOR THOSE NAPKINS ESPECIALLY IF THEY STILL HAVE YOUR FOOD BEHIND THAT COUNTER. I WOULDN'T RISK IT PERSONALLY BECAUSE McDonald's employees tend to EASILY MISTAKE YOUR REQUESTING THINGS AFTER YOU'VE ALREADY ORDERED AS DOING EXTRAS AND YOU DONT WANNA BE LABELED AS A NEEDY CUSTOMER WHILE YOUR FOOD IS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND IN THEIR POSITION LOL IJS ITS YOUR STOMACH & YOUR RISK TO TAKE.i can say that IM 100 PERCENT SURE THAT McDonald's does NOT Sell NIKE OR JORDAN BRAND BURGER BUNS though just in case you get one lol.“

“I wanna give a big shout out to the overnight crew. They were amazing. I’m very thankful. I stopped to grab a drink, grab some food, but I figured I’d have a nap first it was three in the morning, In my third state, I didn’t turn off my vehicle properly and left the auxiliary on over the next two hours of Having a nap to dream my battery to the point where I couldn’t start the vehicle. One gentleman working here was gracious enough to allow me to use his booster back to my vehicle A big thank you to the two staff Members of this McDonald’s“

“Everyone knows what you're getting at McDonald's. It's not the best, not the worst; but it's nostalgic and fast, and generally a decent valve for a filling meal. Don't have lofty expectations and you're likely going to enjoy the visit. Also have we talked about McDonald's breakfast? Breakfast and fries are where they really can bring a smile to anyone's face. If only breakfast was served past 1030 am. Then again; I'm certain larger clothes would be in many more of our futures. So maybe it's a good thing it's not all day.“

“I hate if I misspell but Deidre, if that's spelled correctly (if not may she still get her kudos, she looked worried when I asked for her name), was exceptional in her customer service and execution in making sure her customers were tended to and promptly. She was fast and efficient and very friendly and courteous. Even though it was the hustle and bustle of dinner time she made every step to make sure everybody was attended to that came in to pick up orders, or whoever came to the counter. Thank you for your great customer service.“

“Went to this location today,.Nov 3 2025 around 6pm. Went thru drive thru was told to pull up to wait for my frappe. Waited awhile so I gone side to see what's taking so long, the manager keshawn was very on point with his staff, and made sure I was satisfied. And explained why the wait was longer than expected and that I should have been informed that they were working on switching out the mocha. Kiddos to him, this store has ran it's course of managers and he's one that would make me want to come back.“

“My food was hot and fresh. The employees were nice and polite. They greeted me with a smile. The restaurant including the restrooms were clean and had a fresh smell.
The negative was that the kiosk didn't work. I tried two kiosk. The first allows me to order but I couldn't pay. The second kiosk only allowed me to Tap.“

“Came to this restaurant at 8:06 on a Friday night and the dining room was closed so I had to walk to the restaurant next door to spend my money. As I was sitting in the parking lot eating, I noticed several other people in my situation spending their money at the restaurant next to yours because your doors were closed“

“A fast food staple for me. A Big Mac, or a Fish sandwich, and fries, and I'm happy. Wish they'd go retro with the original beef tallow fries but that seems stuck in petition land. Still good consistent food regardless of what food snobs may say.“

“Vegetarian options: Have salad and fruit and obviously french fries along with dessert options that are vegan, kosher ane Hindi friendly no impossible soy meat options as of now (January 2025) but I'm sure you are getting a majority of soy burger with the QP and BM so that's probably why they haven't followed suit yet

Dietary restrictions: Pretty diary universal and compatible with the little bit of knowledge I have on religious and strict specialty diets

Parking: More than enough, drive thru on the other hand, long lunch wait, only as a result of volume not the speed of the worker's in this scenario

Kid-friendliness: Absolutely

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes as are all McDonald's that I know of is imagine it is a corporate policy“

“Best one i used to go as a kid between 08ish to 2010 then moved to irmo for school i came back around 2018 for a last time go and it surprisingly held up well the fries were hot as usual and i could go take my little siblings to edventure and stuff even like the mueseum. Man time does fly.
Everything but time was well and even then id get my meal in like 5 to 10 minutes. Also if ryan t sees this for a top rated mcdonalds hi ryan. :) by the way google doesnt say it but drive through is what wed use either that or wait to go in and get it. Pluse i ate here multiple times as a cola city baby born and raised so i had breakfeast lunch and dinner.“

“Friendliest staff ever! Welcomed our large party at the door, very respectful, checked to make sure everything was okay, friendly to the young'un, and clean. The staff were happy and staying busy. They engaged with us multiple times. The manager, Latoya, took the time to show my 8 year old nephew with Autism where to find the restroom. Best dine in experience at a McDonald's ever! Truly good customer service ?.“

“Having a bad day, got lost, hungry, having to use the restroom, turned around. Managed to get to the ta next door. All of ta food is closed. Restrooms closed. I go to the mcdonalds, inside closed, drive through only. I can't bring in my truck but they were so gracious to let me in and order and use the restroom. I don't know if it was the desperation, events leading to it, or just good cooking, but best burger ive had from mcdonalds in a while“

“Saturday morning. Very little wait. When I get to the first window a smiling young lady hands me my receipt and wishes me a good morning. Off to the second window to pick up my food and there she is again. Still smiling! I ask her if she’s taking the orders and filling them. China smiles and says yes. No complaints, just a friendly smile and quick service. Note to McDonald’s management at the Bluff Road location. You need to move China up the management ladder. She was running your show with confidence and kindness on a Saturday morning.“

“I pass thru this McDonald’s on a regular they have a new manager which I assume because I’ve never seen her before, she’s super sweet have great customer service even when her day looks like it’s going bad. She got a full arm of tattoos I like when I stop by and she’s working if you ask for your food fresh she making sure you getting it fresh.“
