“Its just McDonald's nothing special happened on THIS VISIT Thank Goodness!!! The best way to have a good visit at ANY McDonald's is to just Go in there and keep your head down. Dont do ANYTHING CRAZY like ASK for any service that may be confused as EXTRA by an employee. IF YOU DIDNT GET NAPKINS THEN ITS JUST A HAND TO MOUTH DAY FOR YOU THATS ALL!!! DINT YOU DARE TRY AND GO BACK TO MAKE A REQUEST FOR THOSE NAPKINS ESPECIALLY IF THEY STILL HAVE YOUR FOOD BEHIND THAT COUNTER. I WOULDN'T RISK IT PERSONALLY BECAUSE McDonald's employees tend to EASILY MISTAKE YOUR REQUESTING THINGS AFTER YOU'VE ALREADY ORDERED AS DOING EXTRAS AND YOU DONT WANNA BE LABELED AS A NEEDY CUSTOMER WHILE YOUR FOOD IS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND IN THEIR POSITION LOL IJS ITS YOUR STOMACH & YOUR RISK TO TAKE.i can say that IM 100 PERCENT SURE THAT McDonald's does NOT Sell NIKE OR JORDAN BRAND BURGER BUNS though just in case you get one lol.“

“The manager and the cashier and food handler in driver thru were very nice with good customer service. I ordered the wrong item and the manager simply explained everything to me in a nicely manner. You don’t get that at fast food restaurants now days. Fast and fresh. Thank you for being so nice and welcoming.“

“I hate if I misspell but Deidre, if that's spelled correctly (if not may she still get her kudos, she looked worried when I asked for her name), was exceptional in her customer service and execution in making sure her customers were tended to and promptly. She was fast and efficient and very friendly and courteous. Even though it was the hustle and bustle of dinner time she made every step to make sure everybody was attended to that came in to pick up orders, or whoever came to the counter. Thank you for your great customer service.“

“We had lunch at this McDonald’s in Lexington near the corner of US 1 and 378 today. I hate drive through windows. Not only that but drive throughs have made it a bit difficult to walk into fast food restaurants. I prefer to order face to face. No kiosks. The service at this location is excellent. Very nice staff. The store is clean and nicely decorated. And the background music is just that. Background music. Low enough to be pleasant and not make conversation difficult. Nice choice of easy listening music. All McDonalds should be run as this one is.“

“Went for a late night snack. Pretty decent food for late in the day. Service person talked rather fast but communicated well. No wait in drive thru although there were a few cars ahead of us and a few behind. Food wasnt too cold more like luke warm.“

“Took 22 mins from the time I place a kids meal chz burger and mcdouble order until it was ready.
They were not busy they had people on break sitting around but I mean 22 mins for a meal is ridiculous..

They kept worrying about drive thru the whole 3 cars they had rather than ask us what we were waiting on. Won't be eating at this one again“

“The Manager, and staff was so patient, and kind. I mistakenly dropped my shake and the Manager replaced it without me asking. The food was fresh and delicious. I rate this as one of the best MCDONALDS in columbia. Also very clean bathroom, and lobby .“

“Vegetarian options: Have salad and fruit and obviously french fries along with dessert options that are vegan, kosher ane Hindi friendly no impossible soy meat options as of now (January 2025) but I'm sure you are getting a majority of soy burger with the QP and BM so that's probably why they haven't followed suit yet

Dietary restrictions: Pretty diary universal and compatible with the little bit of knowledge I have on religious and strict specialty diets

Parking: More than enough, drive thru on the other hand, long lunch wait, only as a result of volume not the speed of the worker's in this scenario

Kid-friendliness: Absolutely

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes as are all McDonald's that I know of is imagine it is a corporate policy“

“The nicest, quiet, cleanest (didnt check the bathrooms) McDonald's my husband and I ever been too (were military and traveled from Alaska coast to coast) so when I say its nice, no other McDonald's compares. Its a nice old brick building, looks huge inside possible area with a partician for meetings. Decent amount of parking. They had 2 kiosk for ordering and register. The system was easy and the srbice was quick. The only thing is we had to ask for napkins since they no longer leave them out (very understanding) had they brought them to the table neither the order it would have been perfect. Everything was pretty fresh as far as food goes. Would definitely go back.“

“Friendliest staff ever! Welcomed our large party at the door, very respectful, checked to make sure everything was okay, friendly to the young'un, and clean. The staff were happy and staying busy. They engaged with us multiple times. The manager, Latoya, took the time to show my 8 year old nephew with Autism where to find the restroom. Best dine in experience at a McDonald's ever! Truly good customer service ?.“

“We dont eat at McDonald's and decided to stop here on a due to it was late and kids were hungry. Only gave 4 stars because of the amount of homeless people standing around, even one person asking for money while I was ordering my food! The employees were very pleasant and communicated well even though it was late. (My kids had a demanding order ). If I do come back, I'd be sure its in the day time.“

“Having a bad day, got lost, hungry, having to use the restroom, turned around. Managed to get to the ta next door. All of ta food is closed. Restrooms closed. I go to the mcdonalds, inside closed, drive through only. I can't bring in my truck but they were so gracious to let me in and order and use the restroom. I don't know if it was the desperation, events leading to it, or just good cooking, but best burger ive had from mcdonalds in a while“

“Stopped on in the evening on the way home from Florida. Service was so good! They wanted to make sure our food was good and fresh. Everything was better than any McDonald’s I had been to in a while. Assiciates were also very friendly“
