Staff was very nice, but I had 4 piece chicken strip and it was so dry even with the honey mustard it was hard/ overcooked or left on warming tray to long it was hard to swallow. And they were out of apple pies to boot! That is kind of disappointing as I am traveling from out of state and hopes to just have a decent something to put in my belly. Consistency is kind of expected for MCDONALDS. Hope it was a one off.
Just not a customer friendly place in any way. The staff is rude and not quick or efficient. You have to ask for napkins and condiments and even if you request them through the app they somehow seem to always forget them. I mean there's not really any other fast food right around there but if you drive a little further to like two Notch road or even five points. Look there's another McDonald's on Huger and Gervais streets all you have to do is make a right when you come in off...read full review
I loved the place years ago. It was amazing with great food. The new owners do not have the same zest for the customer experience and it shows in their wait staff. They are inexperienced with a side of I dont care. Owners be aware your staff can make or break you. Right now they are breaking you.
