Yall have to get the older lady off the front. Every time I come in during breakfast or lunch hours she is moving so slow. I walked in and seen my bagel sitting waiting to be packed. It took her almost 5min just to grab the sandwich and she still forgot the hash brown. The older black manager is always on go and very good at what she do.
I been going to this McDonald’s every morning this week because it’s close to my job. & they get my order WRONG every single time and then have an attitude when I tell them it’s wrong! Like my receipt is right but them ladies at that second window giving out the food need to pay attention and get rid of the attitude! I will not be back to this one I have too many chances
I don’t know the manager’s name, but she was working on the night of September 26. I came in and ordered Two fillet of fish, one with no cheese and they got my order wrong. They did it over for me fresh but accidentally put cheese on it again. She went in and prepare my food herself gave me fresh french fries and was polite the entire time that’s great leadership.
