Yall were a great Bojangles but the customer service is getting worse. When you ask for the correct items in your order you all still give paying customers the wrong items. We pay for a decent meal to feed the fam with, if you do not want to be a compassionate employee why work at Bojangles?
I ordered 2 bo berry biscuits, a 10 piece buffalo wing combo, and 2 of Bo’s Cajun Chicken Sandwiches. The Bo berry biscuits were delicious! I haven’t had them in years but they were perfectly soft and warm and filled with blueberries and the icing was perfect and not dried and crusty. It’s been years since I had one and I enjoyed them. Now the buffalo wing combo I will say the wings were good and the temperature was decent but I would have preferred them to be more saucy...read full review

Me and my family are currently on a road trip going back home to Texas from Myrtle Beach and decided to stop by Bojangles, since we haven't had it in years. The service at this particular establishment was very quick and efficient, as well as being staffed with kind people. It's always a delight to come back to our roots and enjoy good quality food together as a family, and Bojangles has never disappointed.
