It started with us waiting the drive through for 5 minutes. The car in front of us waiting as well for someone to take their order. Then we went inside and ordered. The digital boards would let you order, but you couldn't pay. The server obviously didn't care about the clients and seemed almost annoyed that we were there to buy something. We had to wait until they were done with their own stuff. The fries had an old oil taste. Like it hadn't been changed or cleaned properly....read full review
Always busy. They have got a lot better with the speed of the drive-thru and have been getting my orders correct too
This is the best McDonald’s in Charleston when it comes to service and food A1, I usually go around lunchtime and their services on Chick-fil-A’s Level
