Appreciated the convenience of walking distance to the performance venues. Atmosphere was a bit lacking and rather loud. Varied menu with ample selections, fair prices, appealing plating, and decent portions. Chicken was a bit tough and would've sent it back but traded with another at our table. Also, surprised that no coffee or hot tea options were available. We'd definitely return though.
We made reservations here before attending a concert at the Coliseum. Service was so incredibly slow and the server seemed disinterested in providing warm, hospitable service. We will not be going back.
We enjoyed apps and drinks, both of which were excellent. However, it took an hour for our cocktails to be made/served because the bar was packed with people. Our waitress tried very hard to provide excellent service, but she was the ONLY waitress trying to serve every table in the dining room and the ONLY person allowed to cash out the guests. The food is made with love, and the atmosphere is enhanced by great conversation and good service. The bartenders, especially Brandi and Manny, provide exceptional drinks and excellent customer care. Many visitors appreciated recommendations for nearby spots and praised the friendly staff and manager. Overall, Palm Tree Bar&Grill provides good food, a friendly environment, and attentive service, making it a place worth returning to.
