“I didn’t even eat here. Let me start from the beginning of my evening. My girlfriend and I attempted to go to three different restaurants and all of them had an hour and a half wait after finally finding a place, We had our dinner. Dinner was finished around 7:30 and as soon as I finished it, I had to poop. I held that poop until we finished our ghost tour 3 1/2 hours later, I tried to go to multiple different places all of which the restroom was absolutely disgusting. I tried to go to a Circle K, which was closed. And finally Old Faithful. I stopped at the Waffle House. The beautiful yellow sign shimmered in the distance, like a medic in the heat of battle. The bathroom was absolutely pristine. The cold water was like a glacial spring, and the hot water was hotter than I’ve ever experienced. The soap was full and it smelled good too. The toilet was just freshly cleaned. I’ve never experienced a more inviting toilet in the moment and I don’t know if it was from desperation or just pure beauty. I didn’t even eat here and I was treated better than I was the entire evening by the town of Charleston. This waffle House made my crappy/un crappy day (no pun intended) a little bit better. I wish there was a special option for six stars for my circumstance. From 16 and hung over to 27 and needing to poop Waffle House has never let a homie down….“
“My girlfriend and I have gone here a couple times now and every time the experience has been positive. This most recent time when we went this morning we had a waitress who was amazing. She had a great bubbly personality, smiled, checked in on us multiple times, and made great conversation even as the restaurant was swamped. Her name was Kaia.
Overall, the food has been decent and the service has been great.“
“This restaurant have excellent food, plated with care and love. The service was exceptional. My server was pleasant, polite, particular and professional. This was my first visit to this waffel house. Just for Janeris. I will be going to this area again soon.“
“It was late, and they were the only ones serving food in the area that were open. The food was amazing, the service was awesome, and the atmosphere was good too.(the dining room is closed but they have a carry out window, so it was just a few people outside talking waiting for their orders to come up and everyone was talking to each other, which was pretty cool)“

“Their food is delicious and usually hot even though it's delivered. There have been a few mistakes but usually they are pretty accurate. I like that they always have my usual order and I'm never told that they are out of anything.“
“I’ve been to this Waffle House location several times, and they have always been good, but this visit was easily the best one yet.
From the moment I walked in, the team was working together like a well-run machine. One of the staff greeted me right away, got my drink started, and let me take a few minutes to look over the menu while she continued doing prep work. When I was ready, the cook noticed and took my order directly at the counter. The food came out quickly and was cooked perfectly.
Throughout the visit, different team members checked in without being intrusive. One of the regular waitresses stopped by to see if I needed anything, and later another staff member noticed my Coke was getting low and offered a refill before I even had to ask.
What stood out the most was the atmosphere. The staff were clearly comfortable working together, joking around, and taking care of customers at the same time. A few regulars came in and were greeted by name, which gave the place a really welcoming, community feel.
Phenomenal job to the whole team. You all made a great experience even better. Keep doing what you’re doing. You’re awesome.“
