Despite speedy customer service, this was just an ho-hum experience. Toaster oven was broken so I was told cheese on my sandwich would not be melted. Toilet in men's room did not flush adequately. Staff was alerted. These are basic things so I will probably give this place one more shot.
I had a great experience. We brought around 15 girls and they served us all with GREAT customer service and were very patient with us. Everyone on staff did their job efficiently. If anyone wants a great sub to eat, firehouse is the place to go.

Food was all around great it was warm and toasty the customer service was also great since i had never been to a fire house sub i had lots of questions and they answered all my questions respectfully and in a nice calm manner for my first time at a fire house sub it was a great experience would recommend.
