Shoutout to all the wonderful staff at McAlister’s on 10/11/26. I was there with people from a local church. Every interaction with staff was superb. They all seemed genuinely happy to serve us and make sure we were happy with our experience. They took excellent care of us. In a time when restaurant staff in so many places seem inconvenienced by customers, this was very refreshing!
In and out in less than a minute for a pickup order - EXCELLENT service

McAlister's Deli offers a great experience with good food and hardworking staff. The peach puree in the iced tea might be subtle, but the Big chocolate chip cookie is chewy and delicious. The pristine restaurant serves delicious nachos and amazing Carrot Cake. Wheelchair accessibility is good with plenty of spaces, and parking is convenient. The staff works hard to serve customers quickly, even during busy times like during a hurricane when many people needed service. The atmosphere is friendly, and the menu offers a large variety of selections. Customers have enjoyed dishes like the Cuban sandwich and potato salad, which they found to be very good. Despite occasional mistakes, such as getting a sandwich order wrong, the overall service remains reasonable and friendly, making it a great place for a tasty meal with friendly service.
