I had a wonderful dining experience at Carrabba’s, thanks to our server, Maria. She was friendly, attentive, professional, and made us feel truly welcomed from the moment we were seated. Maria provided excellent service, checked on us throughout our meal without being intrusive, and made sure everything was just right.

The service is usually great, with kind and knowledgeable staff like Anna and Kynsley who provide exceptional customer service. Shenelle has the restaurant running like a well-oiled machine, and many guests have experienced outstanding service from other staff members, making it one of the best Carrabba's locations. However, some inconsistencies in attention to detail have been experienced. Despite this, the restaurant has provided great experiences for many guests, making it a worthwhile visit.
