We had a bad experience last night. My wife and I ordered two 8oz sirloins cooked medium rare. Both steaks arrived medium-well. I don't like to send food back at restaurants. I don't do it. I pointed out our steaks to our waitress and told her we we would keep the steaks but I would like a 20% percent discount. She said she would speak with her manager. I seen a cook using the bathroom number 2. As we both are attempting to wash our hands both soap dispensers were out. That man walked out the bathroom and went right back to cooking. We left promptly. I encourage you to look up their C rating. I’d say they definitely earned it.
On 1/16/2026 I placed an order through the app. The order was received at 5:39 to be picked up at 6:30. You would think almost an hour to fix my meal everything would be ready. I arrive at 6:35 to see if my food was ready. The guy said my food is ready but it’s a 30 minutes wait for rolls. I called and spoke to manager he acted like it was no big deal. I felt like his attitude was like take your food or wait. We already got your money, so I don’t care. We are busy.

Texas Roadhouse is a kid-friendly restaurant with a double parking lot. It can get very busy, but things move along well and customers are often seated quickly. The service is generally described as awesome, super, and great. Food options include ribeye, fried catfish with a loaded baked potato and side salad, and ribs. The steaks are perfect and excellent, though the ribeye has been described as bland and a sirloin was very tough. The waitstaff is noted to be friendly and attentive. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere was great. There is plenty of adjacent parking.
