First time at this location. Surprisingly, I remember when this was built! I placed a pickup order, online, and it was ready on time. I added peach puree to my iced tea and I'm sad to say, really couldn't taste it. The Big chocolate chip cookie, however, was chewy and delicious!Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of spaces at the front of the building.

The chicken on the Savannah Chopped Salad looked nothing like the picture. My salad contained two very very tiny pieces of shredded chicken that I had to search for & almost could not find. Disappointing.

Date 4/8/24. Came in for lunch, the general manager KJ for the Harbison location was yelling at her employees and it made the atmosphere very poor. The employees looked very upset and uncomfortable with the the general manager. Regardless of your position you still need to talk to people with respect. I was very tempted to turn around and leave. Instead I told the employees how I felt, I hope they feel seen. The general manager KJ needs a reality check on how to speak to others.

The food is great, but the people are better! They work very hard there and maintain a pristine restaurant while delivering good food.Parking: It's good!
The store had a weird smell to it, so we opted to order online and take it home.2 tiny butters for a massive potato, my wife ordered a salad with 2 packs of dressing, we received none. I called the store , on hold 3 minutes to be told I'm sorry the manager has stepped out. I tipped ahead of my order, I'll never do that again.

Let me tell you the food is sooo good. Whoever is doing the cooking over there really know what they doing. The nachos were so delicious good God. I have really stuffed myself and they also have my favorite cake of all time which is Carrot Cake and it’s so good I went back the next day and got another piece. The cashier had an attitude when taking order. Gave off vibe that she didn't want to be there. When I asked where the side's sign was she got snappy and disrespectful attitude. Then started slamming my cup and receipt on the counter. The lady that brought us our food was nice as could be but the cashier was extremely rude and disrespectful.

I ordered the choose 2 meal. I had the smoked pepper turkey sandwich with the chipotle chicken bacon spud. My meal tasted great and came out fresh. Staff was friendly, establishment was clean, and no real complaints. Sweet tasted pretty good as well
The food was good and the selection is very good. The service was terrific. There is nothing wrong with the atmosphere other than it is an atmosphere for a sit down restaurant with table service in McAlister's is not that.

Absolutely disgusted with the overall service here today. From the moment I walked in your employee, Ty, was the absolute most rudest employee I've ever been around. From her disgusting attitude, shouting at customers, rolling her eyes, telling customers that she didn't care if they called corporate, just an overall horrible experience. The other customers were looking at her with the same disbelief and disgust. The company I work for brings McAlisters a lot of money each year, but unfortunately, I don't see that continuing on a professional or personal level after today's experience. To top it off, they overcharged me by $10. Nobody knew how to refund my money so I was told they will figure something out and to check back in within five days. Something really needs to be done about this location and that employee or it's going to go downhill quickly. I have spoken with guest relations who say they will have somebody get back to me so I guess we'll wait to see if that happens. Don't walk, run, away from this location.

Ordered a potato. The order was wrong. Called immediately and Tae agreed to give me a credit. I had a Reuben and potato salad, also. Threw half the sandwich away. Bread was old and meat was dry. What has happened to this place? Atone time it was really good. Will not go back.

Please deep clean this restaurant. You can't deny this place smells stale and like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The entire tile floor is sticky. It's really gross. I've figured out how to make many of the soups bc although there's are awesome, the place smells unclean, and well, you know. Other than that the cashiers are really nice and helpful.
