The service was fairly quick and friendly. The refrigeration units at the front of the store are extremely loud and annoying. The spoons! The spoons were sooooo flimsy and cheap it made the experience poor and the ice cream almost impossible to scoop. The ice cream is amazing but the customer service is not. Yesterday was my first time visiting this Cold Stone Creamery and probably my last. The server seemed annoyed that I was there and was rushing me to order as if the store was busy. My son and I were the only customers.

The place was empty, which was good.
