My family and I decided to try out this location for the first time, and while the ice cream was just as delicious as expected, the overall experience fell short due to the service. The staff here weren’t friendly or welcoming at all, which was disappointing compared to the warm customer service we’ve always received at other locations we've visited. Great ice cream, but the service definitely needs improvement.
The workers spent more figuring out who should make the ice cream instead of making ice cream because apparently only one person can make ice cream for a group. Literally took 20 minutes while people after us came and went. Ice cream was great though.
