I took my family to Coldstone this past Saturday night. Per the signage on the door & their Google info they were to close at 10pm. We got there about 5 till 9. There were about 5 or 6 people ahead of us in line when an employee came up to the line and said “ we are actually closing at 9” have no reason but since it wasn’t even 9 yet, everyone in line continued to place our orders. They made my order fine but told my husband they wouldn’t be able to mix in his toppings bc they were about to close. However they had no problem mixing in the ingredients for the orders behind him. When I asked about it the employees just gave me a blank stare. They all acted so unprofessional and childish. I’ll never return to this location.

The service was fairly quick and friendly. The refrigeration units at the front of the store are extremely loud and annoying. The spoons! The spoons were sooooo flimsy and cheap it made the experience poor and the ice cream almost impossible to scoop. And, to top that, the spoons were super sharp on the edges, so much in fact it cut my upper lip and made me bleed.My daughter said the vanilla didn't taste right and the rainbow sprinkles were chewy instead of crunchy which sounds like they were stale to me. I tried hers and they were "ok" but not horrible tasting, in my opinion.

The ice cream is amazing but the customer service is not. Yesterday was my first time visiting this Cold Stone Creamery and probably my last. The server seemed annoyed that I was there and was rushing me to order as if the store was busy. My son and I were the only customers.

Marjolaine c. Has the nastiest attitude and horrible customer service. Tossed my ice cream across the counter at me. Assumed it was eat in and it wasn't my boyfriend had to ask for a lid for me.

The ice cream is phenomenal, however, the customer service is horrible! It doesn’t take much to say “good afternoon, how are you?” The server, she had an attitude and behaved as if us coming in the store bothered her soul. I try really hard not to be so critical but for this one if I could give zero stars I would! Please do better!!!!

I love this place and I hate this place. The ice cream is great. However the business side management is totally inept. If you come on a Friday or Saturday night be prepared to wait 45 minutes since they are always short staffed.the last time we walked in waited 5 minutes and walked out. Now...its Wednesday night and one 4 person group in front of me. I think 1 person is working and again waiting like 20 minutes. Hire more people, attract some talent and pay a good salary. I don't fault the actual people serving the ice cream. I wrote this while waiting.
