Clean and respectful
I was actually surprised when I came into the Zaxbys because normally Zaxbys in this area is not very good or clean, but from the moment you walk in and get greeted by the employees it just changes everything into a great experience. Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is known for its friendly staff who provide great service, even offering table service on busy Sundays when other places like Chick-fil-A are closed. Customers appreciate the consistent staff, especially the night crew, who are dedicated to their jobs. However, experiences with food quality can vary. Some guests have found the fries to be refried and the chicken tenders not hot, with issues like fatty pieces. There are also concerns about missing items from orders, leading customers to double-check their meals before leaving. Overall, the service is praised, but food consistency needs improvement.
