This Popeye's Chicken up here off of two notch road in Columbia South Carolina is the worst somebody needs to talk to these owners and fire everybody in there and put new workers in there because these people are obviously eating up the clock and purposely making people wait in the line for an hour for some chicken it doesn't even take that long to fry the chicken it's six or seven cars that been sitting here for an hour outside of this Popeyes I know it's the workers😡 workers...read full review
Customer Service is horrible! Associates seem to be untrained and like they don't care about the service they provide. I didn't get what I ordered nor did I have any confidence that it would have been corrected had I taken it back. I definitely won't be spending my money here ever again!
I waited in line at the drive-through for 25 minutes. When I got to the menu board, an automated intercom message announced that “We are now closed.” It was only 9:42 pm . . .
