Historically haven’t had a problem with this place. Currently (Sep 30, 23 12:30pm) sitting at the drive up order screen where it took exactly 48 minutes to get our food. Went to the front of the store where approximately 7 individuals were working but it seemed to be chaotic. Their focus was on the drive thru which was about 8 cars deep when we arrived but it was empty after about 15 minutes. I got through the @ car line, and too about ten minutes. But they told me to pull over after my order, and that took about 20 minutes. My order was correct l, but the quality was so poop. I ordered fries,tenders, and a chicken sandwich. All of them were off. Both chicken dishes tasted like fish, and were old and cold, and fries were cold.

Every time I go the food is slow coming out. They would tell me to go to the side from the drive thru line and then forget I’m sitting out there waiting for my food. I waited a hour last time for a burger and some tater tots missing from one of my kids meal. They’re friendly enough when they remember you, but somebody need to put cameras out there or something so they would know I’m not just out there parked for fun, like what the heck.
