Wonderful food, great service, friendly staff! This is how All Applebees used to be until the quality went down at most of them. But this one still holds itself to higher standards and it shows in the well prepared dishes and great service. Our server, April was super nice and competent and the hostess, Joanna was extremely nice and even cleaned windows in the areas where there were no customers. My Daughter and I decided to stop in after a day of shopping for food and drinks. We were created with a warm welcome and smile by Morley. We asked for a specific table and he didn’t catch an attitude or make any rude remarks.. he simply said “Sure” .. say us down, told us who our server would be and told us to enjoy our meal. Service experiences vary; some guests found the wait times for seating and service to be long, and there were reports of the bathroom being in poor shape, with a broken stall lock, falling toilet paper holders, and a stall door that required standing on the toilet to open or close. However, others had positive experiences with friendly and prompt servers, describing the food as very good and fresh, with deals and specials that are enticing. The overall work environment seemed a bit tense, but the hope is that it will improve for future visits. The manager and staff, including a helpful server named Tressa, were noted as friendly and attentive, contributing to a better dining experience.
