It took 20 minutes to even be acknowledged by the waitress. Another 10-15 minutes waiting on drinks to be served. Never given a refill or asked if we wanted one. Absolutely no communication with the waitress besides the drink and food order and having to ask for the check.

Do not eat here. This building is old and they have a major pest problem. Let's start with the walls in the dinning room. Wallpaper is pealing off the wall. There is absolutely no cleaning done, everything is dusty, ketchup on the walls, most of the windows were so nasty, were is your cleaning products. The biggest thing was walking in the restaurant being seated at a booth that was so gross, got moved to a different booth and there was a dead roach, waterbug, a thing with wings. I was so grossed out I left without asking to talk to someone because if these things were in the dinning room then that says that the kitchen is worse. I will never come here again. Who took over applebees because they need to know how a business is run.

UPDATE: M y fiance and our roommate went t to eat friday night. The server..His ,name is Paris. He's a Thief. He stole my fiance's wallet and tried to use one of her cards the same night. We will be pressing charges on you thief. That place is trash. We sat for 25 minutes as he stood there and starred T us a didn't come to the table. What a peice of trash. Cops will see ypu soon
Ordered dinner and it took over an hour. They brought everything out separately.

Second time going with my family and once again very disappointed. The server did not write down our order so of course it came out wrong. Wrong salad them wrong order. My husband’s salmon was under cooked and my burger had no bacon or cheese after 45 min our food comes back out. My son waited 20 for the Alfredo sauce so his food was cold by the time it came out. Got out ticket nothing was reduced or taken off. I said something so $15 was taken off after waiting a hour to eat and another 10 for $15 off…..
