Made improvements on appearance, but the manager (owner)smiles in people’s faces and is rude and condescending to employees and be a bit of a bully. Definitely need better training, better management skills, and better employees will come, the food is cold, and thrown

Went against my better judgment & tried to give this location a 2nd chance. This time I placed an order for the kids & I. Had a total for $35.88 at station #4. Waited 15 minutes then hit the button again to see what was the hold up, & was told they did not have my order. I told them the total & was told against no order, but I could order again. Frustrated I left & went Sonic 8821 Farrow Rd, Columbia, SC 29203. Haven't be disappointed there yet. Hopefully will not be.

I ordered footlong hot dogs for 2. Drove home to find that the hot dogs were dropped in the fryer of really rank oil.I contacted the owner and was told that it is not how they are supposed to be cooked.They were completely inedible. Because I live 15 minutes away and require assistance getting there I was not able to return the food or get replacement food.Where is quality control???? Is no one checking the food before it goes out??
The person at the drive through window didn’t speak and acted like I was causing them harm for ordering food from them, the food was awful it tasted as if it was cooked in old burnt oil. I will never go back very very poor service and food.

Historically haven’t had a problem with this place. Currently (Sep 30, 23 12:30pm) sitting at the drive up order screen where it took exactly 48 minutes to get our food. Went to the front of the store where approximately 7 individuals were working but it seemed to be chaotic. Their focus was on the drive thru which was about 8 cars deep when we arrived but it was empty after about 15 minutes. Yet we along with others at the drive up locations sat waiting for an additional 30 minutes. Others were longer than us.

It's mid-day and there is only one cook on duty. Still taking orders and getting REALLY backed up. Curb girl is running around to all the cars trying to find out who gets the grilled cheese sandwich that they have waited a really long time for. If no food soon, I will just leave and take my business with me. Never seen anything like this at a Sonic. It's coming up on 10 minutes waiting for food. I watched a guy get out of his car and go get his order himself. Is anyone in charge here?

The food was cold...milkshakes were watery and we asked for sauces and were given none asked for the manager her name is Alannah? Worst customer service she could seem less than attentive and had an attitude as if it was an inconvenience this was the same woman I saw go into the bathroom at least 3 times while we waited and didn't appear to have washed her hands when I asked for a corporate number I was told "they ain't gonna do nothing" very disappointing DONT SPEND YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE
