I hadn't been to a Baskin Robbins in years & I was happy with my favorite flavor Pralines and Cream. The guy behind the counter was very pleasant. We'll be back.
Great Service, Quick and reliable!! Peter was great!
I almost didn't go because the place looked closed from the outside being under construction. But the desire for BR Chocolate Chip was too strong, had to pull the door open. Rewarding!!

Baskin-Robbins offers a pleasant experience despite some operational challenges. The staff is polite and accommodating, taking time to address customer concerns, including allergy issues. While the drive-thru can be slow due to understaffing, the employees do their best to manage the workload. The ice cream remains a highlight, with customers enjoying its quality. However, the limited access to the inside of the restaurant and lack of amenities like napkins can be inconvenient.
