my boyfriend and i stopped here and we will NEVER be going back. we pulled up to the building which had no lights on but the open sign was on. Google said they're open until 10 so we pulled into the drive thru and no one came on the speaker. so we pulled back around the building and now the lights were on, and we were being stared down by an employee(face pressed up against the glass & all). so we pulled back into the drive thru and we were greeted with nothing but absolute disrespect and attitude. HORRIBLE customer service. we ordered anyways ignoring the poor attitude, we pulled up to the window and we were waiting for our ice cream, well another customer pulled up behind us and the worker mumbled under his breath "jesus christ". never going back again.

When I go in the evenings and the younger girl is working everything is great, but when the owners are supposed to be working, the store is NEVER open on time. I come by all the time and they don't open at 11am, usually 11:30 or 1pm depending on them. Totally unreasonable. My next letter is going to report them to the BBB and Richland County Chamber of Commerce.

The drive thru moved slow but it was only bc the polite young man was working alone, I asked. He was extremely polite and took time to clarify my allergy concerns. Give this young guy a raise and get him some help.

A sundae is more than two scoops of ice cream. May order in drive thru. Didnt check til got home. Wasnt going back. Nice workers tho

The hours are frequently incorrect. We have come through the drive thru during the published times on google and what is written on the door and the place is closed. The management is poor and slow when you do get service.

I went through their drive through to order my milkshake, a chocolate shake make with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup. I have always ordered my chocolate shakes this way. Well, today the "help" at the drive through informed me it would be an extra dollar for the chocolate syrup to make the shake. Not possible? Yep, that's the way it was and I told them I would not be returing as a dollar for a tablespoon of chocolate syrup was unheard of at an ice cream shop. Things are changing. They will be lucky IF they can stay open. It's definitely new management. Greedy management that is going to drive this last BR on this side of town out of business. My shake, a medium, cost right at $10.00. I could've bought two gallons of vanilla ice cream at Publix and made six milkshakes for $7.00 BOGO. Greed does not succeed.
The girl working the drive thru was nice. The parking lot was dark. Menu wasn’t lit.. we had to use our phone to light up the sign. Probably should’ve taken my husbands advice and gone elsewhere. I ordered a Reese’s sundae and changed the flavors of the ice cream.. asked for chocolate chip and received MINT chocolate chip. I think that’s something you should ask clarification for if you thought I said mint.. mint and peanut butter do not go together.

I don't know why people these days whine so much. This place is great. no problem with service or the Sundays. I suggest you at least try to act more human and understanding. Destroy feedback over some ice cream? WTF

Wish i could give a negative star, went last Thursday the sign said sorry I'll be back in 10 mins and a half and hour passed by everyone just left instead shit was ridiculous worst service ever no one was there

Service was horrible and they're super slow. Waited in line for over 20 min. It's ice cream not food it should not take that long. Will not got back ever again.
