They need to pay better attention to menu items before charging for them, then not having them available. I also experienced an issue at this location before, when, after I placed my order, I was told that the grill stopped working as I got to the drive - thru window. I always have the best experience here! The food is awesome and the employees are always so nice and helpful, plus my toddler loves the music haha.Kid-friendliness: They have several high chairs and booster seats available, and a good kids menu!

2024-04: This was my first visit to any Smashburger. Tatiana took our order and was very pleasant. The food came out quickly and was very delicious. The restaurant itself needed some attention as far as cleaning goes, including the restrooms.
