Wendy's in Columbia

“When the lady said they were out of apple slices, my face fell, because my daughters don’t do fries. The lady kindly said wait, she [my coworker] can make some. She closed the window, and my husband and I sat stunned, because in this day and age so often the apple slices are pre packaged at various fast food places; was she actually going to cut up apples freshly for our children to eat? In just a few minutes, sure enough, they gave us the kids’ meals for our very hungry kiddos and inside were the plastic frosty containers filled with perfectly chopped apples. My girls were delighted. My husband and I enjoyed our baconator and Dave’s Double and fries and drinks sure, which were filling and tasty, but we most enjoyed these staff members’ kindness in providing the apples in a creative way! Plus they had run out of chocolate frosty but spoke to us and checked to see if we would mind having vanilla instead which was very good too. We felt these ladies are providing that rare thoughtful customer service during an era that has largely fixated on efficiency. We are thankful for them and are so glad our family came through for a good meal while on the road.“

“The Service was the Best I've seen in years at any restaurant. I was very nicely greeted immediately by at least 3 workers. All with a sincere smile and attitude. Wow, what a difference. They were kind and polite without over doing it. It's like they really enjoyed doing their jobs.

“The cashier was so kind, she spoke very pleasant to my kids and I even conplimented my daughter's princess dress. She wasn't upset at me for being confused with the menu changes and was knowledgeable and courteous. The associate that provided the food was also very warm and kind, that matters alot with ensuring a satisfying meal. The food was tasty and I'm highly pleased with this dining experience. “Picked up a sausage egg croissant with Swiss parmesan cheese sauce on it. No mayo needed. Very tasty and Wendy's is on the less expensive side for fast food. I started going to Wendy's lately and I'm glad I did. Good food and value. 😁“

“The meal was delicious. I ordered a Dave #1 with a baked potato with butter and chives (sour cream makes the potato cold faster). The employees were fantastic, fast food delivery, a happy attitude and they kept the restaurant clean. I'll return when I'm in the Irmo area again. I spent a little over $11.“

Fries was fresh and hot, and burger was EXACTLY how I ordered it!! Kuddos to whoever prepared that!! And the lady at the window was nice. This the first time I didn’t receive ATTITUDE. I guess I have to go in the daytime to get good service. ❣“

I usually get the chili, and a baked potato.
Or a burger and chicken nuggets.

Their food is mediocre, I feel like it used to be great.
Just not as good as it used to be!
Also recently went and they were out of the vanilla frosty, big bummer“

“Hard to rate in the dark, lol, and I used the drive-thru. There was at least 7 or 8 cars in front ofw but the lady on the speaker was kind, courteous, and helpful. I wish I got her name. Brunette, early 40's and so patient with me. Food was hot and fresh. Totally impressed.“

“There was one manager who was pretty good at her job and another guy who was good at his job. Since I've been coming back there has been a couple of discrepancies. Saw them handing out thousands of dollars worth of free food when the new employees showed up who are currently working the morning shift. The store apparently opens at 11am according to the sign.“

“Voluptuous food. Amazing taste. Makes me want to jump off a roof. Im going to need a libbotomy after this. like a good type of libbotomy. I need my brain to be restructured to match the perfect visage of that biggie bag entering my wide mouth. probably won't go there again but. keep up good work.“
