Good was hot and just how I imagined. The cashier was extremely friendly and the wait time was none at all.
Not sure how this happened but Wendy’s has become the worst fast food restaurant over the years. Even McDonald’s has a cleaner atmosphere. Without fail the floor at every Wendy’s is so greasy you can skate on it. It is so ironic that their slogans include the words “fresh” and “quality”. The service can be polite, but some staff members may not always seem enthusiastic. There have been occasional issues, such as cold cheese on burgers, and problems with change and cleanliness. While dining outside, customers have noted overflowing trash cans and dirty floors, although the restrooms have been reported as very clean. Despite these challenges, many customers have enjoyed fresh food and acknowledged excellent customer service from certain employees. Overall, Wendy's provides a mix of good and not-so-great experiences, but the delicious food, including the awesome salads with raspberry vinaigrette, makes it worth a try.
