I have never walked into an establishment other than Mac Donald’s were the manager on duty was okay with the customer not being greeted, my door dash customer food was given to the wrong guest, and the gentleman was eating on the line with gloves. Did not change them or wash his hands. When I asked for help he ignored me just nasty attitude and the other staff member light skin with brown and blonde braids smacked her teeth and came over with more of a nasty attitude. Drive thru chocolate frosty was decent. Everyone else in drive thru were told to pull up except me. Haven't been to this location since due to the bad reviews. Would rather do Hardee's across the street.

The service was fine. The food was fine but the manager on duty needs an attitude adjustment. He has copped an attitude with 3 different people I. The last 30 minutes that I ha e been. For the record I was not 1 of them but he was extremely rude to an elderly gentleman that only pointed out that the drink machine was not working properly.
