Going through the drive-thru, they charged me for 2 large drinks. The cashier told me they had not, I just needed to add it up better. I showed him my ticket he took it and then he asked to park to the side and he would check it out. I parked waited 15 minutes and then went inside. They said they lost my ticket, forgot I was outside and then back to telling me I didn't know how to add. After pressing the issue he finally refunded me for a small drink. Had not been here in awhile due to the fact they never seem to have all the frosty flavors when I do go. I have the key ring that allows one to get it free too. Doesn't mean much if they are always out of the kind you like. Also they seem rude at times in the past as well as long waits in drive thru. Well, the food was better and the drive-thru moved faster. The only small problem was one overly greasy burnt fry in the french fry container. No big deal, I just did not like looking...read full review

Swift intetaction time for ordering and receiving your order that's placed, took only at most 2 minutes just to get my order. Very friendly staff, really draws you in to want to come again; just cause of the one interaction you have, they really seem like they'd go up and beyond just to get you to come back.
