Sometimes we get so overwhelmed with dissatisfaction that we start to accept it. Thank you for blowing above and beyond to fix my drink even when I insisted on keeping the mistake. I felt cared for, heard, and understood. Absolutely fantastic service.

If you want your order to be incorrect, then this is the perfect place. I order from the app, so there shouldn't be any mistakes, right? For two weeks, the cooks back their continued to get my order wrong. I specifically would ask for NO ONIONS and yet each time, there was onions on my order. Last time I went there, my order was corrected. Still don't recommend coming here. The food is pretty average for sonic, and I like sonic food so 5 stars. The service is usually great. I come here all the time because this location is close by and not busy. They almost never mess up the order, which is great. Lots of foods to choose from, many good options, and the oreo cheesecake master shake is the best shake to get. Overall, I recommend this Sonic as a good spot to stop by for a quick bite.
