Ever since Ruven staterted working there I've noticed such a change in staff. I go there almost daily since it is near my house. Go ruven and his team!!! He is so friendly with my kids.
The car hop person was wonderful and my order was correct. However My jumbo popcorn chicken and tots was hard and tasted horrible. I couldn't eat it and just trashed the meal.

Sometimes we get so overwhelmed with dissatisfaction that we start to accept it. Thank you for blowing above and beyond to fix my drink even when I insisted on keeping the mistake. I felt cared for, heard, and understood. Absolutely fantastic service.

normally have no issues when dining here, but today manager Ashley seemed to not realize she was clocked in. Absolutely no reason to cuss and berate employees in front of guests and honestly disgusting behavior to have witnessed. hope the higher ups see this, i doubt it’s a one time issue.
Warm and inviting! Sonic Drive-In has the perfect ambiance for a cozy meal. The staff is friendly, and the menu offers a variety of delicious options.

I placed my order pulled up to the window and showed the cashier my military I.D. The worker fixing drinks seemed to have a problem with military discounts because she said something about military discount and rolled her eyes. I was told to pull to the front to wait for my order. I get my order and it was wrong one of the burgers had cheese on it, and I ordered no cheese, I get all the way home and drinks were wrong, I ordered a coke, sprite with no ice, and a strawberry limaide. I got a DIET COKE, A SPRITE WITH ICE AND STRAWBERRY LIMEADE THAT DID NOT TASTE RIGHT. The fries taste like the oil needed to be changed. Also while i was waiting the girl that made the comment about military discount kept coming to the front door looking at me as if she had a problem
