We had an amazing dinner on Thursday. The waitress was amazing and super nice. They accommodated me being on crutches and wanting a table for 4 by the window. There was only 2 in my party, but need space for my leg and not be in the way. We started going to this location about 3 years ago and it was the best decision. Our wait staff is always pleasant and delightful. Very clean and super nice staff.
I enjoy the family atmosphere. This is where my family enjoys gathering for special occasions. My only complaint would be for the front desk person that sits guest, to be more courteous. I would suggest more customer service development to attract customers rather than drive them away. We can’t loose another restaurant in our area. Thank you to all those that make this a positive family experience.

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store offers a welcoming atmosphere with a charming, old-school ambiance that is also kid-friendly. The food was amazing and good for breakfast food, with highlights like the biscuit beignets and pancakes with pecan syrup. The breakfast casserole tots was a low point. While meals like the fish Friday are typically served quickly, some food was barely warm. The manager and staff strive for exceptional customer service, though some servers may be new and floundering, which reflects on management. The restroom and overall attitude throughout the place showed a disregard for upkeep. The general store offers great randomness for shoppers coming or going.
